Views and patterns of human life began to shift along with increasing awareness and concern for the environment, increasing awareness and concern for the importance of environmental sustainability encourages every individual to consume environmentally friendly products. </em><em>This research is a survey research, because this research instrument uses a questionnaire to obtain data. The population in this study are Muslim consumers who make transactions at least once a month. A sample of 80 respondents using the SEM (Structural Equation Modeling) method. The results of this study found that: (1) Green brand had a significantly positive effect on purchase intention with a CR value of 0.849 &gt; 0.6 and a p-value of 0.015 &lt;0.05. The data analysis method used was quantitative descriptive analysis method, while the sample used was 50 respondents using the snowball technique. The research results obtained: The social characteristics of street vendors in Majalengka Regency are: male street vendors, namely 76%, female street vendors 24%, the highest level of education is at the high school level or equivalent as much as 58%, the majority of street vendors sell culinary types, 92% of the facilities available used is using carts 90% and the majority of street vendors are located on the sidewalks 66% then the economic characteristics of street vendors in Majalengka Regency are: the majority of street vendors' business capital is theirs, the average initial business capital is between Rp. 1,000,000 to Rp. 5,000,000, the average income of street vendors is less than IDR 500,000 (per day), next is that street vendors, viewed from an Islamic economic perspective, in carrying out their activities as street vendors are quite good because the majority of street vendors, 86%, pray five times a day, even after there are no buyers, 94% of street vendors also have carry out the habit of infaq alms as a feeling of caring for others. In providing an assessment of Islamic banks, the public needs information related to the results of operational activities of Islamic banks. The financial performance reporting format uses the CAMEL method and social performance uses the Islamicity Performance Index. This study aims to analyze the effect of financial performance and social performance on market discipline of Islamic commercial banks in Indonesia. The research sample is 11 BUS which publish annual reports for the 2015-2019 period on the BUS official website. Sample selection using purposive sampling. The data used are quantitative data. The analytical model used is multiple linear regression. The results of the statistical test of the study show that simultaneously financial performance and social performance have a significant effect on market discipline. And partially, the financial performance variable has a positive and significant effect on market discipline. This is still very vulnerable to the behavior of traders who ignore Islamic business ethics in running their business. As a result, traders will deviate from trading procedures in accordance with Islamic law due to their attitude of wanting to gain large profits by justifying any means so that consumers are harmed by practices that are not based on the principles of Islamic business ethics, such as hoarding merchandise. The main objective of this research is to identify how traders understand and implement Islamic business ethics at the Kaliwungu Kendal Afternoon Market as well as understanding and implementing the vision and mission of the Kaliwungu Square Traders Association (PEPAK). The type of research used in terms of the location of the data source includes field research. Data collection techniques include interviews, observation and documentation. Meanwhile, the data analysis technique uses data reduction, data presentation and drawing conclusions. The results of the research show that most of the Kaliwungu Kendal Afternoon Market traders do not know and understand PEPAK's vision and mission, so that traders have not implemented PEPAK's vision and mission. However, traders feel helped by the existence of PEPAK as a community or organization at Pasar Afternoon. Then, more traders do not know the theory of Islamic business ethics. The purpose of this study is to increase member interest in Musyarakah contract financing products, to determine the application of Musyarakah contract financing products through SWOT analysis and to optimize the strategies implemented in increasing member interest. The method used is Mix Methods. This research was conducted by collecting data from interviews and questionnaires with a population of 9 samples, the data used in the form of primary and secondary data that can strengthen the results of the study, then processing the data obtained from the SWOT matrix method and the Internal-External matrix. From the results of the study, it was found that the constraints faced by Musyarakah contract financing products were the lack of understanding of the Musyarakah contract, complicated administrative processes, financial reports, business ethics and member loyalty. Then seen from internal and external factors that KSPPS AIMS KC. Dukuntang is in a very advantageous position because it has strengths and opportunities that can be utilized to the fullest. Furthermore, the position of the company KSPPS AIMS KC.
