Abstract

Working is a duty of every man, by working a man earns money to be spend in order to fullfill the needs of his family and himself. In Islamic perspective, working is an obligation containing a value of worship (muamalah). By working and earn wages, human being are capable of enforcing body, close the ' Awrah, and being able to run (maghdah) worship to God Almighty. Outsourcing system is a lively work system which contain  tripartite relationship between corporate employer (principal),  outsourcing company (vendor), and workers/labourers. This sitem is derived from the mechanisms of labor market flexibility (LMF) that actually addressed the pros cons by various circles because it is considered as a new form of modern slavery. Based on the results of several studies on the theme of outsourcing that have been conducted among academic, this article will provide academic conclusions related to the practice of outsourcing in Indonesia from the perspective of Islamic economics.
