Analisis Pengaruh Pengalihan Program Bantuan Langsung Sementara Masyarakat (Blsm) Kepada Program Simpanan Keluarga Sejahtera (Psks)Terhadap Perilaku Produktif Masyarakat Miskin Dalam Perspektif Ekonomi Islam

Abstract

The diversion ofprogram from BLSM to PSKS is the Indonesian government effort for get rid of poverty that giving to poor society as compensation ofthe rising of fuel price effect.The diversion of program can expect to givea positive effect towards productive behavior of poor society.The goals of research are to (1) analyze the magnitude of PSKS effect to productive behavior of poor society (2) analyze the diversion of program in Islamic economic perspective (3) analyze the correct policy to cope the problems. The method use of research is descriptive of quantitative that use Artificial Neuron Network (ANN) analysis.The results of research showed that YT value of knowledge variable was 0,96 (96%) that means the effect of program felt poor society was so high, YT value of skill variable was 0,90 (90%) that means the effect of program felt poor society was medium, and YT value of attitude variable was 0,83 (83%) that means the effect of program felt poor society was low. In Islamic economic perspective, the diversion of program was not consistent with Islamic economic system because the cash transfer program can reduce the productive mental society. The strategic policy to cope the problems is adopting Baitul Maal systems. There are research for the right society, define of the productive business or lead and motive the society to open and expand the business that suitable with the capability, counsel and attend the society, more professionally on monitoring, controlling and observation the implementation of PSKS and evaluate in periodic.
