Model Ijarah Komoditas Mangga: Pendekatan Analisis Jalur

Abstract

Mango is the potential of Cirebon Regency, especially the mango from Sub Dukupuntang. The central production of mango in Dukupuntang is Girinata Village, Cipanas Village and Kedongdong Village. Mango species planted aregedong gincu, arumanis, cengkir and rucah. Many people had plantation and planted a mango tree, especially mango gedong gincu but the tree mango did not manage by the tree owner. Less capital, tree owner did not understand about market, the low level of public knowledge about the cultivation of mango tree and the urgent needed for money cause many people rented the mango tree. Researcher saw at the practice of renting according to Islamic Economics perspective. This research used method of the survey with the analysis tools i.e. pathanalysis. This puspose of this research was (1) describes a model of direct causal effectsand indirect causal effects against the rent price and profit. (2) composing model ijarah principled justice, (3) analyze the agreed model ijarah commodities mango according to the perspective of Islamic Economics. The results of path analysis explained direct causal effect toward rent price mango tree is age of trees and experienced farmer. Inderect causal effect towards profited is farming experience and productivity.
