This research was motivated by technical problems at one of the Grab shelters in Majalengka Regency, such as timeliness of delivery of orders, waiting time for orders at restaurants, distance traveled for delivery of orders and changes in rates for combined orders. This research aims to analyze the effectiveness of implementing combined orders on Grabfood on Grab Driver income in Majalengka Regency according to an Islamic perspective. The research method used is descriptive qualitative with field research type. The population that will be used as the object of this research is Grab Driver partners in Majalengka Regency, totaling 130 people, the sample is 57 people based on a non-probability sampling technique with purposive sampling. Based on the research results, Grab Driver partners agree with the existence of combined order services. However, Grab Driver partners hope that there will be a review in the field regarding the technicalities, so that the desired goals can be achieved by both the company and partners in the field. The implementation of the combined order is appropriate according to an Islamic perspective. Grab Driver partners agree with combined orders, the working hours provided are very flexible, partners are given freedom in their working hours. Grab Driver partners consider the work they do as a form of worship, this is in accordance with Islamic teachings which encourage its followers to work, even making work an obligation. The existence of combined orders prevents Grab Driver partners from waiting for orders too close to the restaurant, resulting in an even distribution of orders for each Grab Driver partner, and shows that both the company and Grab Driver partners have carried out their respective duties and functions by carrying out their respective mandates. with the system.
