Strategi Pengembangan Bidang Ekonomi (Iqtishodiyah) Melalui Pendekatan Analisis Swot Dan Ahp

Abstrak

Santi Asromo boarding school is an educational institution that is not only engaged in Islamic education, but also in the economic field. Economic activity tha run by this boarding school are food counter, cattle fattening, catering, Kopontren Mini Market, and Agroforestry. The benefits dan profits provided by this economic activity  is support the operational of boarding school. From 2009 to 2015 these business units earnings has fluctuated and give some impact for the life of boarding school. This fact indicate that the management of santri asromo boarding school should achieve a new development strategy. One of the strategy can be used is SWOT and AHP approach. The results of the analysis showed the economic position of the boarding school are in quadrant IV or in  devensif position. Where weaknesses and threats is greater than the strengths and opportunities. Based on the SWOT matrix and AHP process, gained a few strategies that have been prioritized, namely; optimizing the business operation provided (0.45), optimizing available resources (0.28), dig funds from other sources (0.17), and make savings (0.10).
